Key Responsibilities

Client Campaign Oversight

  • Monitor active digital marketing campaigns to ensure they remain within established cost per lead (CPL) and performance parameters
  • Identify performance issues or deviations and proactively escalate concerns to the marketing production team
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement optimizations and corrective actions

Reporting & Performance Reviews

  • Conduct monthly digital marketing report reviews with clients
  • Analyze campaign data, performance trends, and KPIs to provide strategic insights
  • Present results clearly and confidently, offering actionable recommendations

Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Conduct bi-weekly client check-ins to review campaign status and performance updates
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Maintain strong, trusted relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal production and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of client deliverables
  • Coordinate internal resources to meet campaign timelines and client expectations
  • Ensure alignment between client goals and internal execution strategies

Campaign Ownership & Client Satisfaction

  • Own the overall success of assigned client campaigns
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership growth
  • Identify opportunities for campaign expansion or performance improvement

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPL, ROI, conversion rates, etc.)
  • Experience reviewing and interpreting performance reports
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to client needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a digital marketing agency environment
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing analytics tools
