Qualifications.

We are looking for an exceptional Account Manager who will work with a dedicated group of clients and will be responsible for understanding and achieving the client’s short-term and long-term goals. The account manager is a client facing, post sales role that serves as the day-to-day point of contact, maintain client satisfaction, grow the account through upsell opportunities while keeping client satisfaction high so clients want to renew. The account manager will have a proven track record of client retention and be a big picture thinker and problem solver.  

Requirements.

·       Attend client meetings and calls
·       Working on several client accounts and identifying upsell opportunities
·       Interact with client POC’s
·       Stay up to date on client’s business goals, industry and area’s for additional marketing
·       Lead client onboarding meetings and retrieve login credentials
·       Remain knowledgeable at all times of campaign performance and project deliverables
·       Review monthly report reviews with the client
·       Basic understanding of digital marketing including social media platforms, Google advertising, email marketing, and search engine optimization.
·       Keep clients happy, work with the production team to ensure positive results of the campaign.

The ideal candidate:

·       A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
·       Proficient with Excel, Word, Google applications
·       Understanding of business concepts, sales and lead generation with the ability to speak to clients regarding these concepts.
·       Strong knowledge of digital marketing reporting and key performing indicators.
·       Considerable time management skills and organization.
·       Self-starter with a strong work ethic
·       2-3 years in an agency role working with development and digital marketing teams and management.
