We’re looking for a detailed Accounting Manager aka Data Hound ;) who is highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive, with experience in KPI Management, Payroll and PTO management, Project profitability analysis, to support our firm and stakeholders.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to manage key financial processes, payroll operations, and project reporting. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial tracking, payroll processing, and insightful project profitability reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting, payroll, and financial reporting, with experience in tools like QuickBooks, Salesforce, and payroll platforms such as Paychex and Wise.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Operations

Oversee new order processing and ensure timely financial documentation.

Monitor and verify all recurring payments in QuickBooks.

Manage hosting renewals across QuickBooks, Salesforce, and departmental records.

Track paid advertising campaigns and EOS reporting.

Oversee accounting order status, including upgrades, cancellations, and accounts receivable (AR).

Maintain partner referral lists and referral fee processing.

Payroll & Compensation Management

Process biweekly payroll through Wise and Paychex.

Calculate and distribute monthly commissions.

Project & Profitability Reporting

Generate TWPM (Teamwork PM) project and accounting profitability reports.

Provide TWPM (Teamwork PM) updates to ensure financial and project performance transparency.

Weekly & Monthly Reporting

Compile and distribute department-wide weekly documentation.

Oversee Google Ads budget weekly reporting and social ads budget reporting.

Track conversion costs and analyze financial impact.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

Ensure proper financial documentation and payroll setup for new hires and departing employees in Paychex.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in QuickBooks, Salesforce, Wise, Paychex, and Google Suite.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple financial processes with accuracy and efficiency.
