We’re looking for a Marketing Manager aka Swiss Army Knife of Marketing who is highly organized, creative, and proactive, with experience in KPI Management, Social Media Management, Email Marketing, Presentation Creation, Basic Video Editing and Salesforce CRM, to lead key marketing initiatives and support sales growth.

You have great problem solving skills and are always looking for a way to improve and get the job done. You actively research how best to use AI to make your life easier and more productive. Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications
- Trade Show Preparation – Plan, coordinate, and manage all trade show logistics, including booth setup, promotional materials, and event execution.
- Marketing Collateral Creation – Develop and oversee marketing assets such as post cards, presentations, and case studies.
- Email Marketing Management (Constant Contact) – Create, schedule, and optimize external email campaigns to engage and inform stakeholders.
- Internal Social Media Management – Oversee internal social media posts to enhance brand messaging and engagement.
- LinkedIn Management – Manage LinkedIn content and engagement on behalf of Fasturtle to strengthen brand presence.
Sales & CRM Management
- Salesforce CRM Management – Manage outreach campaigns, track engagement, and support alignment between marketing and sales.
- Sales Check-In Post-Sale – Follow up with customers after a sale to ensure a smooth transition, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for growth.
Content & Video Creation
- Video & Script Creation – Develop compelling video scripts and oversee video production for marketing and sales initiatives.
- Marketing Presentations – Create high-impact presentations for sales pitches, webinars, and internal meetings.
Reporting & Additional Projects
- Marketing Analytics & Reporting – Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics to measure effectiveness.
- Special Projects – Support additional marketing and operational initiatives as needed.
Qualifications & Skills (Required)
- CRM Proficiency – Experience with Zoho and or Salesforce for managing campaigns and outreach.
- Trade Show & Event Experience – Ability to manage logistics and promotional strategies for events.
- Email & Social Media Marketing – Proficiency in Constant Contact and LinkedIn content management.
- Strong Communication & Creativity – Excellent writing, content creation, and storytelling skills.
- Project Management – Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Video & Presentation Skills – Experience in video creation, scriptwriting, and presentation design.
